		<description>This recipe looks amazing, I can&#039;t wait to make it! I grew up in the Pacific NW, a place known for it&#039;s fresh salmon. The one thing I might suggest to you is to not encourage your readers to use wild salmon. Wild salmon stocks are dwindling and eating farmed fish is a more environmentally friendly (although admittedly a bit less flavorful) option. My father is a deep sea crab fisherman, and he has recently stopped taking his yearly salmon fishing trips in an effort to not contribute to the exhaustion of the wild fish populations.</description>
