I knew the instant I saw this post I had to make these. I love fish tacos, and I love how every fish taco I’ve ever had has not been even close to any of the others.

I made these last night, and they were awesome. I was blown away by the sauce, as was my friend. He stood in my kitchen and was speechless. Love the peaches too! This is going in my recipe book for later. Thank you!

Fish tacos are my favorite. And with sliced peaches? That’s a first. I’ll have to try these asap while peaches are in season. Love your blog and your photos have such a nice quality about them—beautiful!
